NYC high definition liquid eyeliner | Review

 Hello lovely readers,

As you can tell i am going to do a review on the NYC high definition eyeliner.

So first of all the eyeliner is extra black 889 and from nyc and i got it from my local superdrug {Also superdrug are doing a 3 for the price of 2 on most/all make up} 

It was a reasonable price for an eyeliner which is £2.99 

What i especially like about this eyeliner is that it is like a felt tip,i personally prefer these eyeliners as they are much easier to use. It is very liquidy{maybe thats why it's a liquid eyeliner ;)}but it didn't smudge as i rubbed the swatch with my fingers before taking a photograph.

What the packaging says?

Lasts up to 10hours.high precision. Felt tip fine pen applicator.Easy to apply

So far this eyeliner looks great and i can't wait to use it.

Outfit of the day;

This is an outfit of the day post i thought i would show you what i'm wearing today!

Coloured photo ^

Okay,so i wore a blue blouse which has a pink peter pan collar, {i think collars are super cute}It has a pink print all over it and three blue buttons down the front.

On top of that i wore a hoodie/jumper.Just when i thought it was getting warm it has got a little more cold in England lately :c I love this jumper,it is white with pink detailing,also the inside is wooly and very soft.

And i wore plain black skinny jeans.

Make up;

For make up I wore this really pigmented lipstick,you cant see it well in the photo because of the edit. I think it's a wet and wild lipstick,the writing has worn away because i have had it for ages and  i was given it by a friend. To tone down the lipstick a little on top i put a little bit of vaseline.

I had on a black mascara on my bottom and top lashes and put a black eyeliner on the waterline of my eyes.

Also i put on my MUA cream blush which i talked to you about in previous posts

I picked out three main things i suck at,i couldn't really think of any more but here we go,hope you enjoy this post if you do leave a comment below :)

Number one; thing I suck at;

Applying Liquid Eyeliner 

I have realised many people struggle with applying liquid eyeliner,now i can do it but it takes me ages and ages to get it perfect which isn't ideal.Sometimes It looks uneven and i might have eye shadow underneath if i'm going to a party and  i might not have much time to get ready and if it goes wrong you have to do the eye shadow again -That process is very frustrating - To anyone who struggles with liquid eye liner i would highly recommend a gel eye liner.

                                                        Number two;thing i suck at;

                                                             Doing a fishtail braid

Now i love a fishtail braid i think they look so pretty but i can never do it properly on myself i always drop a strand or get confused idk. I usually ask my sister to help when i wan't to do a fishtail braid on myself ;)

The last beauty thing i suck at is;

Smudging nail varnish asdfghjkl;

Alright,i'm good at painting my nails, i love nail varnish infact but whenever i paint my nails i seem to move and it always gets smudged.I'm really impatient also when it comes to waiting for my nails to dry. The other day i managed to smudge a little bit of my nail varnish on my ipad (well done irsa) but it came of guys don't worry :l

Mini Beauty Haul;

Hello best friends,

this post is on what i brought when i went to my local shopping center recently, i didn't get many things but i picked up a few so i hope you enjoy this post leave a comment below if you did!

Item number one is the Extreme Curl Mascara from MUA. I wasn't sure whether to get this mascara or not at first.There were no testers (so i couldn't look at the wand) and they all had packaging over them.I thought why not take a risk it's only £1.99 anyways.When i finally opened the product i was slightly disappointed because the wand is very curled and it's really uncomfortable to use as i have big eyes but overall it is good for lengthening and volumizing your eyelashes.

The next nail-varnish i brought is Plum Noir by MUA. It is the most gorgeous purple with a slight pink to it. It is the perfect colour for spring and summer time!

The next item is a cream blush from MUA,omg guys this cream blush is absolutely amazing! I have worn it a few times and have got so many compliments by others it's formulation is really nice. It's best for dry skin it's fine on other types of skin but if you have oily skin you could set it with some powder.Shade-Bittersweet.

(stupid Irsa,sorry about the music volume sign thing i was on my ipad listening to music and print screened :L)

The last product is this teal hair chalk from Claire's now i have wanted to dip dye my hair for a long while and teal is such a gorgeous colour so i thought i would buy it. It washes out straight away,i haven't tried it yet but i will soon and let you know how that goes.

Mini Primark haul ~

I recentley went to Primark and brought a few items..
The first item i brought was a denim,bow headband with silver studs on it and i think it's really pretty so i will be wearing that.The next item i brought was a set of lip balms {there is a lndon,new york and paris one} which are great and very soft on the lips also the new york one the lip balm in the middle smells like heaven it's cherry scented! I brought some sunglasses,i love sunglasses in the summer and in the uk it has started to get sunnier and warmer so i brought those which i love. Then i saw this top which is is a really lovely for spring/summer and it has sweet written on it i immediately picked it up. There were also other ones which had Dork or geek but i liked the green colour so i brought that one and zoella has one too haha :O
Lastly,i brought a lace,peach coloured top with an aztec style print on it,again is great for spring/summer and i think it is really pretty also,the photo's don't show what a gorgeous colour it is.

My favourite mascara and eye-liner

I thought i would dedicate this post to my favourite mascara and eye-liner.
My favourite mascara is the Thick and Fast Mascara in super jet black by Soap and Glory.
+ My favourite eye-liner is a M.A.C black Kajal eye-liner.
I used them both to create a look that is in the photos below.

Birthday presents :'D

Hey there c:
This post is on a few beauty/fashion related birthday presents i got. It was my birthday last month actually (20th March) and i have been meaning to do this post for ages but i haven't found the time.
So here it go's;
1. A beautiful little set -necklace and earrings
2. A lovely little eye shadow palette,i have been using the last 3 colours the most (which you can tell) and it looks very pretty as an everyday eye makeup look.
3. Next is a lovely strawberry little gift set from the body shop.
4. A gorgeous set of bangles which would look gorgeous in the summer.
5. Lovely heart shaped earrings with a print on.They are from forever 21 as you can tell :)
6. A box of five lip-glosses the colours are pretty and varied and a cotton candy flavoured duck lip balm.
7. A pretty heart shaped necklace from claire's.

I also got a big cup of fizzy sweets mm and some pink roses awh.
I got a few more products like nail varnish but i haven't saved any photos of them unfortunately.

All of these were gifts which i'm extremely grateful for,thank you very much for reading please comment below!

Make your own gel eye-liner

Hello there c:
Today i made my own gel eye liner after watching a youtube video.
It was very simple and easy.
All you need is some black eye shadow (one that you don't mind destroying haha),vaseline/petroleum jelly,a spoon,a paper plate and a little tub.

What i did;
I got the eye shadow and using the spoon scooped it out onto the paper plate and crushed it up again with the spoon.Next,i got another spoon[more washing up for me yay]and got some vaseline and mixed it together with the eye shadow on the plate until it was a creamy consistency and thats all! Mine came out great and i wore it put to a family dinner at it looked really nice.

Traveling essentials :')

Hey guys,
This is a "traveling essentials" post. I'm going on holiday again soon and i thought i would write about essentials you would need when traveling especially on a long journey. I got inspiration for this post after watching macbarbie07's video on traveling essentials which is fab so if you haven't seen that already go ahead and watch it. I went shopping for essentials to put into my bag and here are below are the three new things i got; a hand and nail balm (basically hand cream),a body spray and a hand and body lotion mine is red rose and mangolia and it smells amazing!
Things i have below;
Various lip balms and lip gloss to keep your lips nice and moisturised .
Earphones for listening to music.
I recommend taking little snacks i have two packets of sweets and little chocolate eggs.
A little perfume bottle.
Your purse,you might find something you want to buy at the airport.
Bobby pins/hair grips.
Hair bands.
A torch, if the airoplanes lights go off at night and your still up.
Water bottle to keep hydrated.
Sunglasses if your gong anywhere sunny.
A nail filer.
A good book to read,i'm reading beautiful dead.
Thats all i have in the photos, i would also definitely keep my phone,ipad with me and take tissues, chewing gum and my make up. I'm not done packing yet,so if anyone has any important traveling essentials
they couldn't live without let me know in the comments.
Haha and i thought i would add i'm going to be on the aeroplane on my birthday how very different ;) x
